Jeffrey is CEO of Silver Nugget
Gaming and brings 10 years of transactional and operational
experiences to his role. Before launching this Company, Jeffrey,
along with his father, Mark Fine, had been focusing on real estate
opportunities including retail and office development, apartment
ownership and management, and land assembly and master planning.
Jeffrey is also the exclusive Nevada Area Developer and franchisee
of The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked for
Nomura Securities' US real estate lending subsidiary, one of the
largest and most innovative commercial real estate lending
companies in the country. Jeffrey was also a financial analyst at
Max Capital, handling acquisitions, financings, and asset
management for one of New York City's largest real estate
investment firms. Jeffrey is a native Las Vegan with deep roots in
the community and serves on the Board of Directors of The Clark
County Public Education Foundation and The Greenspun Family
Foundation. Jeffrey graduated from the University of Arizona and
from Pepperdine University School of Law and is a Member of the
Young Presidents Organization. |

Joe Cain
Vice President/General Counsel, Silver Nugget Gaming
Joe Cain is Silver Nugget's Vice President/General Counsel responsible
for overseeing various operations of the company and all legal matters.
He is a 2001 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the William S. Boyd School of
Law at UNLV, and an honors graduate of Georgetown University. Prior to
joining the company, Joe managed his own law firm of McMullen & Cain,
where he worked on a wide variety of legal matters. He also spent three
years as an associate attorney with Nevada's largest law firm Lionel,
Sawyer, & Collins, where he practiced primarily in the gaming and
regulatory arena. Prior to and during law school, Joe oversaw the
government affairs department of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce,
Nevada's largest business advocacy organization, where he was involved
with public policy analysis and political advocacy. |
